Power in Excellence was founded in 2011 by CEO John McMahon. Our business philosophy is simple: to make people happy. We believe that people are happiest when they are performing to their greatest potential, whether that be at home or at work. We believe that we each do the very best we can with the resources that we have available, and in order to perform better, must simply unlock more of our potential.

We don’t have off-the-shelf programs, so everything we do is tailored to your needs, and that helps us to ensure that we only give you what you really need. When we help you to unleash your brilliance, and the brilliance of your organization, we stay with you every step of the way. Embarking on change to really achieve excellence can be a challenging journey, and one that we will make with you.
